Attended UK Semiconductors 2026 in Sheffield

I joined the UK Semiconductors conference held in Sheffield, where I attended sessions on optical devices, materials and nanostructures, 2D materials and more. The plenary sessions were given by Ivona Mitrovic (Liverpool), Galan Moody (UC Santa Barbara) and Alexey Berdyugin (NUS).

Over half of my research group attended, there was lots to learn about radiation-hardened optoelectronics!
